I thought, with his collection of insanely designed, complex weapons, Megamind deserved a little steampunk touch. I think the look suits him. Roxanne probably would have thought so as well, if she weren't busy loathing him for kidnapping her again.

I was so excited about drawing this, and now that it's finished, I'm disheartened by how juvenile and awkward it looks. I color everything by hand because I just don't know any other way, but I know some digital artists who could turn this into a real thing to see. Maybe I'll force my sister to color my lineart her way.

I've always loved the look of steampunk and, rather than put all that time and energy into the elaborate cosplay, am content to simply wish we lived in a world this cool. It was a blast to draw.

Thanks! I use Dick Blick markers... like Prismas but a little lower quality.
