I fell madly in love with Megamind ten minutes into seeing it. It feels like the movie was tailor made for me -- I've always had a thing for villains, ever since the days of Darkwing Duck, especially villains with just a touch of good to them. The romance in the movie, the internal conflict, the wicked inventions, the minion that is an alien angler-type fish in a robot gorilla suit -- I mean, come on. I couldn't have made it more satisfying if I'd written it myself.

There's more art to come from the blue corner, but I wanted to be sure I had his face down before I start anything big. I had fun doing this, though I'm not all that happy with how all of them turned out.

I loved doing the sleepytime Megamind, though. Yes, those are shark jammies with lasers on their heads. Who wouldn't want laser shark jams?

Megamind and all his nefarious awesomeness belong to Dreamworks, not to me. Peace.

Even though these drawings are cartoon; they have a wonderfull depth and perspective to them as well as a scence of charactor well done im very impressed.

Laser sharks are lovely, I must say :P

I've always had a thing for villains too, ever since I was a kid and I watched Hercules. Hades is just so much fun.
And Megamind is pure awesomeness, I loved this film.
You've done a great job with these sketches :) can't wait to see what you come up with!
